{IF} Agent 224
To Bella: If you have an "Invalid CK-key'' message, it means that your mod isnt working, check out, if you uing it. Dont forget about the left down corner where game says what version your game has, and what mod are you using at the moment.

{IF} Agent 224
Hmmmm that is too strange.... Catch me on msn, or someone else, and lets them explain u all step-by-step again.
ff5pati
Start from scratch, meaning delete the mod folder and remove the check mark in the customs screen...etc Remember to run nolf then close it, then run the join by ip tool. btw..mine worked the first try *pnx* Pati
Belladonna
I'm jealous, Pati. Did what you suggested, still no go. Agent 224 - I don't need someone to explain it to me step-by-step. I understand how to do it and have done everything multiple times. What I need is a new idea. Someone over at SFI mentioned joining using Xfire works around the CD Key issue. I might try that but I'd rather not use Xfire if I don't have to.

Eliteone
I'm still in a limbo here. I have done everything correctly multiple times. Everything is where it should be. Everything is checked that should be. I've started from where I should. I've pestered Neo and he says what is happening shouldn't be. Despite all help I'm still getting 'Invalid CD Key' when I try to join a server. I'm doomed. Doomed, I tell you, doomed. Worst of all my kids won't give me any of their leftover Halloween candy to make me feel better. You are using the Join by IP Tool right? Using the games browser will fail everytime. Hmmmm If I can catch you on MSN/X-fire I have something we can try.

Leesy
Guess what. I'm having the invalid CD key issue too. Also following the instructions to the letter. Mod appears to be installed fine. I just can't connect to a server by the join by IP tool and I've tried them all Did Bella get sorted in the end? Any clues for me?
Leesy
Interestingly, I must be getting almost in there. The server info page (http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/72.51.60.128:28889/) reports a player called Leesy with a 0 ping.
Leesy
Got it sorted. Windows 7 was the culprit. I change lithtech.exe & Nolf2.exe to run as admins & in Win XP SP2 mode and that did the trick,
