LithtechDev.exe

Anyone knows how to launch LithtechDev.exe, maybe without disk, or give links to it.

I tried to load this CD, but when it loading 3, 5 minutes stops and not complete. My internet is good, I dont know why it stops. I think author can post this in Google Disk, Torrent or anything else.

Try to load NOLF 2 CD1 in zip and create iso file.

Its not working, i tried "Wrong Disk Inserted".

Checked this with two internet providers again with a Windows and Linux device and works fine.  Basics to check is make sure you are not running anything that would interfere with the download (firewalls, certain AV scanners, browser add-ons etc.)

There are ISO files with this download (Example NOLF2-Disc1.iso )

Make sure you launched the setup.exe from the first zip file then the setup.exe from the second when prompted. 

Given the number that have downloaded these successfully please do some troubleshooting on your end. UHQ downloads are in a SSL secured repository and checked frequently to ensure they are functional and safe for downloading.

LithtechDev.exe is not a part of the media files for the Iso files. 

Which download specifically are you referring too? 

For me to attempt to troubleshoot would need more information (operating system, machine specs etc)

Found this on Moddb this mdf, mds files help launch game without NoCD.

When I launched LithtechDev.exe with this CD - nothing happens.

My PC

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3320M

                     CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60GHz

RAM: 4.00 GB (available 3.87)

64-operating system

VideoCard: Integrated Intel HD4000.

If it's the same one that Orion has hosted HERE you can follow the instructions he has with the file.

For the record it is a launcher for NOLF 2. Do you have NOLF 2 installed already?

Description

A mini-image contains a list of files and a copy of the protection of the CD1 If you install the program Alcohol 120, or Alkohol 52 or Daemon Tools, then the mini-image can be used for the launcher as a real CD1.

For this mini-image, you can not use other programs, such as UltraISO or NERO. Do not install the program Daemon Tools at the same time with the program UltraISO or HERO, because there may be a system crash

Installation

Install the game NOLF2. Do not install file No-CD Install Alcohol 120, or Alkohol 52 or Daemon Tools. For Daemon Tools: use only the virtual SCSI drive or DE drive. Do not use the virtual DT drive. Unzip the files from the NOLF2_Image.zip archive to any folder, select the NOLF2_Image (24Kb) file mount your virtual disk. Link Alcohol 120, or Alkohol 52 or Daemon Tools:

Problems

The game starts slowly in the system Windiws Vista and Windows 7 Reason: Your game is hindered by "Game Explorer" "Game Explorer" is part of the system Windiws Vista and Windows 7 To disable "Game Explorer" and speed up the launch of the game, use the program "Stop Game Explorer" ver.1.1. Mediafire.com

There is no "Game Explorer" in Windiws 8/10 systems, so there is no problem

No, its not working i tried to launch CD in SCSI and in IDI mode Lithtech still not launching. I think for LithtechDev.exe need NOCD on the bases which maded original Lithtech.exe

In that area need good programmer what knows how to create .exe files or edit them.

You would need to ask the author of the file in question.  It may not work with the latest versions of Windows 10 etc.

You will need to contact the author of the file for more assistance. I have never used this file. You can get the NOLF media and the no-CD patch that would allow you to play the game from our downloads. Given the difficulties you are having with this particular file it may be something you may want to consider instead.

Sorry for the long silence. The problem is solved. Lithechdev.exe is not the main launcher. The main launcher is Lithtech.exe. I figured it out with Visual Studio 2003. I compiled ClientShell.dll in Debug State (and when I tried to run the game, it didn't run without visual Studio 2003 running). In the end it worked, all of the functions described in the documentation about LithtechDev.exe are presented in Lithtech.exe.
