Modernizer Mod Compatibility

Hello all, my first post.

We are running a NOLF 2 dedicated server with the LivesForeverPlus mod and nothing else installed, so that players on older operating systems like WIn2k/XP can find and join the server with little trouble.

I was wondering if the Modernizer mod breaks compatibility with our server once it's installed on the client, can players join while having it?. Thanks!
