Modernizer 1.006 patch 3.1 German and Italian

If you load modernizer with the GOTY translations (cres.dll), stuff like INTERFACE, JUKEBOX and other menu items won't show up ingame. This is due to new language strings that were added with modernizer. And without a assigned translation, these menu items have no text to display and will therefore be invisible.

These files are the Modernizer 1.006 patch 3.1 release from Hey Jake with updated cres.dll files to support Italian and German languages. I made a database that contains all translations I knew of, and were able to generate new Resource files for compiling new CRES.DLL files.

The new lines and some of the old translations that were missing were translated by Gassosa (Italian) and Icepick (German)

Both files were packed with Winrar

You will need a program that can extract winrar archieves to unpack the files. The only difference between these files and the original modernizer is the new CRES.DLL, otherwise its a full version of modernizer. And you can join the 1.006 multiplayer servers with this mod loaded.

In the German version, milk instead of blood ... lol ...I saw the same bug in the Polish version ...
Someone is afraid that the Germans and Poles will start the 3rd world war? 
It is necessary to fix these lines in CRES.dll

I checked:

IDS_YES_VK_CODE            "89"          (id 750)
IDS_NO_VK_CODE              "78"          (id 751)
IDS_ALLOW_NO_GORE     "FALSE"  (id 752)

Everything was set to this except ALLOW_NO_GORE was TRUE in the german version.  (Changed this to false)

Couldn't find any translation where it said milk instead of blood either. Which ID is this?

In the German versions of NOLF, NOLF2 and Contract J.A.C.K. milk instead of blood. Why? This is national discrimination, I think this is dirty politics from the "Deep State". 
Determined empirically, to make blood (as in the English version), you need to fix these lines in the CRES.dll file:
for NOLF
752, "FALSE"
for NOLF2  & Contract J.A.C.K
1202, "TRUE"

Updated the german version to also have IDS_ALLOW_NO_GORE set to FALSE now

The Italian one was set to FALSE already, the other values were correct from the beginning.

Still can't find any Blood/milk translation. 30 entries mentions blood and they are all correctly translated.

Maybe this is in nolf2/CJ? Haven't looked at those translations.

It would be nice to add to the German version of "MODERNIZER" German textures (ie names, plates, signs) from the official German version “Nolf” (file NOLF.REZ) This is useful if you are installing "MODERNIZER" on the English version of Nolf.
