It's really odd, this. I'm running two instances of NOLF on my main self-built PC, the second instance is really for testing purposes because you can install the game wherever you wish. Both run perfectly with no compatibility modes at all, but do have modernizer and widescreen patch. However, on my brand new all AMD gaming laptop, it won't go past the launch window. I even tried running it from an external NVMe using a copy from my gaming PC, but no go. To get this game running is so hit and miss, so I'll try the HID device suggestions, disabling them one by one and see if that works. Apart from that, no other devices are connected.
