Can't download Project-M?

So I have made an account and I finally can wait to download this mod.

 

But afterwards, it says that I don't have enough posts? At least how many posts do I have to make exactly? It never said so.

Works all good so far.

 

But after the first chapter with Project-M enabled, the game crashes.

Unfortunately, I haven't tried that mod so I don't know what to suggest. Hopefully someone will be able to help out.
