how to show more view of arms in first person?

hi, how do I show more of the arm and weapons in first person? I saw in some videos that it is possible to do this

The game hides her hands and arms when she has holstered whatever weapon or item she was holding. If you want to see them more often hold some item (such as the codebreaker) while you move around.

What display resolution are you using? (From the in-game menu, Options -> Display -> Resolution) I'm wondering if you are using a low resolution where they just don't draw the arms? Also, are you using any mods?

Fullhd resolution, Modernizer mod

Right now I'm stumped for any suggestions. I switched my resolution down to your resolution and had no issues.

What type of computer are you using? A laptop or a desktop? Do you know if you are using integrated graphics (common on a laptop) or a discrete graphics card (common on a desktop)? Sorry if these are basic questions for you. I'm trying to see if I can determine what differences there are between your system and mine.

Sorry but do you see the protagonist's arms like in the video I linked above?

Yes. Here's an (resized) image of where I am in the game in my most recent playthrough. You can see her arm holding the crossbow, which matches what is in the video you linked to.

I'm sorry but I'm wrong, in the screenshot you posted I know you can see from the wrist up, as you can see on me, in the video you can see almost the entire arm and weapon

Only thing I can think of is to try altering the FOV. 

In the autoexec.cfg file there is a line for fov that you could try to change the value for. 

It should be this for default "FOV" "75"
