Can't seem to get 60 fps?!

Hello!!!

So I just got No one lives forever, and I played around with the settings and installed a patch that lets me play this game at 1080p. But no matter what I do, I can't get it to run at 60fps. The frame rate seems to be stuck at 29,30,31 and sometimes 32. Any idea what the problem is? I tried turning triple buffer on and off, and there was no difference in frame rate? My laptop has a 780m and i7 4700hq.


Any idea what the problem is?

So... I'm never one to play a game just for the graphics, especially since this game looks great for 2000. But is there any good graphics mods or something out there? A bit more AA would be nice... But if not that's totally fine!
