Process

• There will be 4 types of User Image types: Empty Frame, Blank Canvas, Crest Cube, and Crest Column
• Participants will need to submit a "custom image design" and "an example of the design applied in the game.
  • Enter submission through the official website > Support.
• A total of 35 designs will be selected across the following different countries/regions: Korea, China, Japan, Russia, North America, Europe, and Asia
• After the winners are announced on Feb. 20 (Mon), 2023, we will give out the participation rewards and winner rewards.
  • The custom image designs that are selected must be uploaded through a link that will be provided in an announcement.
• After the winners of all countries are announced, the designs will be on display at Mirage Isle's Gallery.
  • The display location is subject to change.
  • The displayed designs can be purchased for 4 Gold. The amount of funds collected through the sales during the display period will be converted into Gold and distributed to the winners. (For every 1 sold, it will be converted into 2 Gold).
  • The sales of each design will also be ranked, and rewards will be distributed based on the rankings.

Disclaimer

• All designs will go through a fair selection process (based on internal criteria and voting).
• The submission and reward distribution schedule is subject to change.
• A single participant may submit multiple designs, but only the one with the highest score will be considered in the contest. (A single participant cannot win multiple times, including the participation reward)
• Submissions that utilize 2 or more different custom image designs, ones that are obscene or violent, and ones that are related to religion or criticizing society will be disqualified.
• Only designs submitted through the official website > Support page will be considered for the contest. All other submissions will not be considered. 
• Winners must submit an original image of their design according to the announcement post. Please refer to the details of the announcement post.
• Designs that are similar to ones that were made for contests for other games, or ones that are in dispute of suspected plagiarism will be disqualified from the contest even after the winners are announced, and the rewards will be confiscated. (The participant must submit his/her own design.)
• XL Games and Kakaogames Europe B.V. may copy, send, or distribute only the designs that were officially submitted for the event, and can utilize the designs as assets for PR material, loading images, calendars, event pages, and etc.
• Participants may create designs based on ArcheAge for the purpose of this contest. They may not use, send, or distribute the designs for purposes other than for this contest.
• The awards may either be adjusted or not provided depending on the amount and quality of the submissions. Only submissions that meet internal standards will be awarded.
• Event rewards will be sent to the coupon mailbox of the winners. The rewards must be redeemed within 30 days of distribution. The rewards will not be distributed again after this period.
• Credits that are distributed for the event cannot be refunded.
• The proceeds from the sales of the designs will be sent to the participating character's mailbox.
