No One Lives Forever midi music.. anyone have it?

I remember there was a BaDeDum midi file around somewhere, I even downloaded it years ago but my laptop HDD gone and I dont think its easy to recover it

 

I found the main title, but I really need BaDeDum for a project, and it must be midi

 

anyone have it?

I could find .ogg versions of that but no .mid files.  I tried to convert the oggs to mids but they didn't sound right coming out the other end.  But just in case you can use the janky version that I converted it's attached to this post.
