Cate Archer Costume Mod for NOLF 2

I have a rather interesting suggestion for those that has a style of fashion in Costume Modding. I was wondering if anyone can take an in game model of Cate Archer in No One Live Forever 2 and simply modify the legs that shows her without pantyhose and black high heels. This is the kind of idea I usually see in a fan art, but I think it looks perfectly fitting for Cate Archer. Here’s an example of the fan arts I’ve seen.
