I spun up a Windows 10 Hyper-V VM and NOLF2 gamesaves work fine on it too. Another thing to check is right-click the game save folder and see what the permissions are.
October 7, 20214 yr Author Tried to change them i gave them all of the permissions but still nothing it is a weird issue indeed and if i could atleast quickload it'll be fine but i can't even quickload

If it does then you have something unique, property wise on your other drive.
October 13, 20214 yr Hopefully that resolved your issue. I tried to reproduce your problem on two computers. The game setup and I can save games without any problems.
