I downloaded NOLF from the revival site, when i install it works. but once i boot up the game I get the D3D, What should i do?

I assume you reached out to them for support on it?

Not sure how their package for it is setup.  

I would try the NOLF GOTY edition from our downloads and see if you have better results with it.

You can try the solution in this link Problem "Couldn't set D3D Emulation mode" which worked for me.
