It is news relating to the reboot/'re-release of NOLF 1/2/3 (contract Jack). It certainly is great news and I for one would certainly start using D-Edit again for future map creations in my spare time. I remember reading a while ago that there was still confusion about who owned the rights but I don't remeber when those were from.
