Whenever the music amps up the game starts stuttering a lot. That combined with the mouse jitter is making the game very unpleasant to play. I'm using W10 with the revival version. I've tried disabling the custom mods, using a separate widescreen fix and even using enb convertor. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

I assume you reached out to them for support first?  

Some of the basics is to run it in Windows Compatibility mode, Windows XP SP3 specifically. Then run it as administrator.
