I just found this game on MyAbandoneware, and i decided to give it a go. But im having a lot of trouble with the graphics on the 3d models flickering all over the place. Here's a short video i made with OBS showing what happens. Ive also already tried the modernization patch, and ive tried the install from the revival site.

I'd recommend you give THIS a go.

Forgot to mention i tried that already as well.

Have you tried modernizer / unofficial patch 1.006?

This is a update that makes nolf more compatible with windows 10

yeah ive tried it. im gonna try complete removal and see if that fixes it

From what I could find, it seems like AMD's display driver have issues with DirectX9 and probably older versions as well. They describe the same issue here.

Looks like they made a updated driver recently

yeah there's a driver update. gonna try that and see what happens

 

its still running nice and flickerey.......

You could try to run the game with the DGvoodoo configuration.

As far as I know it doesn't run perfectly but hopefully better.. Worth a try I Guess

 

i set up DGVoodoo2 and it works like a charm!!!! Thanks Spawn!

Good to hear, it should also run with modernizer as far as I know.. 

This is actually a problem specific to the RX 5000 series GPU's not jiving with lithtech. I was trying to get AVP 2 to run and had the same exact flickering issues, and in the game's discord community someone was saying there was an issue with vertex buffering and gave me a custom DLL to fix it. Now we just need someone with the knowhow to do the same with NOLF.

The modernizer should address this issue for you.
