[FF5]Knix Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 Thankfully the U.S. Space Shuttle Discovery had a succesful take-off this morning in Florida. The crew is led by Cmdr. Eileen Collins (one of 2 native New Yorkers on the flight W00t! Thus proving we know more then just how to hail a cab!) Among the 7 astronauts, Japan is represented by Mission Specialist Soichi Noguchi. Lets wish them a safe and succesful journey and a safe trip back home. http://www-pao.ksc.nasa.gov/kscpao/videos/..._rtf_launch.ram Quote
