EU Compensation Not Received

That was posted on the 24th of June
On June 26th I sent a ticket in to customer service as I had not received the packs (ticket #1225433).
It is now the 8th of July and I have had no response other than the automated reply that my ticket had been received. 12 Days no response to ticket. 14 days since I should have had the pack.

I appreciate it's only been 12 days (a previous ticket took 38 days for an answer), but I had assumed that things would be better than back then; that the joke of it taking 30 days for any ticket to get a reply was a meme...

Can someone... oh I don't know... do their job??
