Are you using the Livesforever mod while playing the single player?

i don't know what that is. found a solution  in the interim. decode door and just wait. it took a few minutes, but the vault opened?

now a new problem surfaced. in the getaway with armstrong driving a tricycle and kate shooting bad guys it comes to a point and armstrong stops and will not advance outside a large door?
