Customer Support Delay Notice

I am on day 28 Of asking Trade/Nation if Anyone Has had Tickets answered by your staff, the only tickets getting responded to, are active purchases such as name changes or server transfers. There are people with month old tickets that have not even been given a proper response, and im not talking about the general reply you keep trying to send to everyones emails. You say not to bump tickets, you say to be patient, but there is literally 0 progress on our problems. Any reason why your trying so hard to NOT answer any old tickets?
