Help with mod issue?

Hey everyone! 

 

So  I downloaded the GrowOp mod and followed the instructions to install it etc. When I actually load up the game, however, it doesn’t load the mod even though it says that it’s activated. Where did I go wrong?

To start the extra levels, just click "Single Player  --> Chapter List" and select "chapter 16 The Grow OP"
