The Join by IP download link isn't working though. Hi and welcome to UHQ. I just verified that the Join by IP tool download is working properly. Were you getting an error message or? It is a rar file so you'll need a program that can open it to extract the setup file from the rar archive. Winrar is one program that will open rar files.
