I downloaded the 1.3 patch and moved the rez file into the install directory and ran the reg file.  It still says 1.0 when I go into the game.   I'm assuming I can't do any deathmatches till I get this updated.  Help ??

I have added the exe patch file to the download.  I'd recommend using it to "patch" it. 

Some have had issues getting the reg file to work with windows 10. 

You could manually edit the registry entry but I wouldn't recommend this unless you are very comfortable with the process.

If you decided to edit it you would need to open regedit and browse to the following:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Monolith Productions]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Monolith Productions\No One Lives Forever 2]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Monolith Productions\No One Lives Forever 2\1.0]  -  You would change this to 1.3
