Yes I can download zip folder which contains 1.3 rez file and reg file, but I want to give a try for official 1.3 patch, if registry file creates risk. Both files on that download worked for me can you please confirm that you still have the issue downloading? One is a rar file of the official patch. the zip file contains the .rez file that is added along with the necessary registry updates to set the game to the patched version. I didn't download anything in the last 24 hours. Also sign-out and sign-in again method doesn't work. So I can't try if 1.3 patch can be downloaded or not. Sorry about I have to limit the simultaneous download due to falling short on our site donations. Your two downloads would have to complete before downloading a 3rd file.
