In the ongoing saga of the master server list I was sent this contact information today

Hello Customer,

My name is Krishnaraj. I am attaching the details of the Corporate Headquarter for Sierra.

You may please contact them for any further assistance on the issue.

Do you have a canned letter we can all use?

For US and Canada:

Sierra Games

Worldwide Corporate Headquarters

6060 Center Drive, 5th Floor

Los Angeles, CA 90045

To Whom It May Concern:

Those of us who play the No One Lives Forever 2 game published by Sierra have been referred

To you by the VU Games support staff in regards to issues with the master server that reports the

list of the active game servers for those who want to play the multiplayer game.

The support staff at VU has insisted it is a third party issue, an issue with our ISPs everything but

The fact that your (Sierra) master server is not clearing out old timed out servers. This makes the

Process lengthy for those who want to play the multiplayer. What is frustrating is the No One Lives Forever 2 game is listed as one still supported yet the support team has done nothing but give people the exact responses (the third party server hosts, ISP etc)

People still actively playing No One Lives Forever 2 and to treat the players of that game (paying customers) in such a manner does nothing to encourage them to buy Sierra/VU products in the future.

Please fix the master server issue or email eliteone@unityhq.net as the unityhq.net site has offered to host a backup master server for you in the past.

Thank you

For International:

Sierra Games

International Headquarters

9/11 rue Jeanne Braconnier

Le Newton

Or send something along those lines.

Let them know we are here, we are paying customers and the way we receive support for a Sierra/VU product will influence our decisions on purchasing future Sierra/VU products.
