I figured out what you should do, happened to me as well. Tried everything from limiting my frame limit to using Rivatuner, to configuring mouse sensitivity to forcing vsync on in NVIDIA configuration. You should use dgVoodoo 2 2.55. It's somewhere here around the forum. Donwload it and copy the dll files from the map called MS to your NOLF directory. Then it will start in fullscreen (that didn't work properly with me as well with cutscenes only being shown half on the screen). I only just need to figure out how I can increase the resolution. I can now play in the game in 640 x 480, but I'm trying to find a way to increase the resolution some more.
Mouse too sensitive even when changing settings, and look limited to left and right.
