    A group of us will be meeting twice a week to play NOLF2.
    Please come join in on the fun!

    Tuesdays at 11:00pm eastern (4:00am GMT / 8:00pm pacific)
    Saturdays at 2:00pm eastern (7:00pm GMT / 11:00am pacific)

    Most of the time we'll be in the DD server but you can check
    the main portal page to see what server most people are in.

    It's snowing outside, the twinkle lights are twinkling, the malls are packed with crazy last minute shoppers... it must be close to Christmas! I won't be putting up a special server this year since it's so hard just to have a normal one up and running now, but I hope everyone will join us for some NOLFing fun as much as possible! If no one is in the UnityHQ customs server check out the other ones. BTW, you can tell if anyone is in the servers by clicking on 'Portal' up above and looking at the servers listed.

     

    So everyone don your holiday names and shoot whomever is using the names Scrooge or Grinch!

    I'll be {SFI}Poinsettia again. What name will you use? Or shall we guess? :D

    I thought I'd let people know that I was having trouble with the 'Invalid CD Key' error even though I had downloaded and installed and clicked on everything correctly. It turns out that having anything in my resources folder (where the custom maps go) other than the big map packs was the problem. I removed everything except for the packs and I no longer had the error message. I put one little map in the folder and back to the error. It makes no sense to me, but I figured I'd mention it in case anyone else was having the same problem. :blink:

    Did what you suggested, still no go.

     

    Agent 224 - I don't need someone to explain it to me step-by-step. I understand how to do it and have done everything multiple times. What I need is a new idea. Someone over at SFI mentioned joining using Xfire works around the CD Key issue. I might try that but I'd rather not use Xfire if I don't have to.

    I'm still in a limbo here. I have done everything correctly multiple times. Everything is where it should be. Everything is checked that should be. I've started from where I should. I've pestered Neo and he says what is happening shouldn't be. Despite all help I'm still getting 'Invalid CD Key' when I try to join a server. I'm doomed. Doomed, I tell you, doomed. Worst of all my kids won't give me any of their leftover Halloween candy to make me feel better. :cry2:

    UnityHQ didn't arrange Sunday's match and with the Master Server issue coming up we aren't going to arrange one for this weekend. While it would indeed be fun to use URA's mod, Eliteone and I aren't going to host a specialized custom match server until things calm down. Also we'll give people more than a few days to prepare for it. :)

     

    In the meantime feel free to use the UnityHQ Custom DD Server to play in.
