I've recently got this each time i've tried to install NOLF 2 on the newer versions of Windows 10, as well. It doesn't matter if you run the patch as admin or not, or have it installed in a non-standard or not.
Its not a massive deal to me, as I have an XP machine I can install it on then copy it over, but it would be nice to know as to why it does it and how to fix it.
