As i already mentioned some months ago in another thread, opening new clans in nolf2 these days only works if a group of well known, good and active players found it
I personnaly don´t know (even not much) "well known, good and active players"that are not in a clan but want to be in one... (because, if they want, they would try join some and would´nt get the Idea to start an own) ...
It´s about communication... (like the thing that we can´t get the people to know about this Idea so easy if the don´t register at this forum)...
About the unprofessionality of the DK-Forums Apox, i think he means that it 1. is only in german and 2. your forum isn't well structured, like the forums of the other three clans or the uhq-forums are!
1. No, it´s not only in german (how I replied 2 posts ago) [it WAS]... and...
2. Just because it´s not like the majority here... , it´s "special"in THAT way, but normal in the other, because it´s a websiteforum as part of mthe structure , that is exactly done for Clans!...

Yeah, but I think it would´nt work like "FF5 vs the world didn't worked" ... , beacause there was´nt enough non-clannies who signed up in this forum...Sure we can try this again. Let's not say "X from this clan, Y from that clan" though. Let's just have two "pots" one with the clan members who want in, one with the non-clannies. We'll just pick names randomly and assign them to a team.
So..., you would have to ask some in the game, if it will be again like ^^ , that not enough non-clannies want to play/sign up...
Btw... I think we could be 4 from TG so if we could do any 4v4 matches that would be fun ^^

Apok - Don't everything that is said too personally. Everyone is allowed an opinion. Natter is probably going from personal experiences which is perfectly fair. I personally like the DK site and it does look very professional. The English flag in the top right seems to do nothing though. I personally don't see any DK people in NOLF (an I am a European too) so this was why DK didn't immediately spring to my mind when thinking about clans. It wasn't meant to be any kind of insult to the clan.
I have´nt anything about opinions... , and it even did´nt come to my mind as a form of an "insult"...
I just did´nt get the "problem" you talked of...
usually you ask the board admins to change your name and take your clan off the list, because it doesn't exist anymore
-.- even *KOA* was removed right after I told it, there are still "dead" links there of other clans that don´t exist , but that´s another thing..., cause *KOA* is still my (secret) title...
And it´s not meant of "keep your access to the clan leader section" ,cause there´s nothing going on, even I´m the person of *DK* who´s representative in this forum...

They need help...promotion...a structure...

Just because we´re not recruiting members "like hell"?...

~We have a "professional" clan-website , a TS-Server , and sometimes a DM-Server running~...
But in logic we are new, so i mean, we have "to learn" to work together in a team to rise our quality in NOLF2 ...
As for smaller clans like DK - I believe some of our German members have spoken to them. But that's also the trouble with DK - they only speak German so it can be quite hard to get a match going unless you speak the lingo (and I only know how to count & order food!)
What´s the Problem?-what´s hard?-You want a match?-write in "Fight us"...[the only Point you would have to know is "Eure Map", what´s even the same evertime, how I know (mean the "official-5-Maps")...
There is no choice for us (*DK*) who to fight against...
First there was *DK*vs.=NS= , now coming vs. {SFI} ... , and after that we would try it with [FF5]...
So simple till there are no more clans...

We can make UHQ teams. It's not nessery to cut a clan into smaller squads to have fun. We can do it uhq event or something.
The UHQ team-things are´nt new... , there was already the ones like...
-"Battle of sexes/male vs. female"...
-"young against old"...
-and there was the try "Clannies against Clanless"... , that was a good idea, but there haven´t signed enough clanless players...

hmmmm ... yeah!- that sounds good ...

So, if the "big clans" dont´ stop recruiting more and more, without saying "we have now enough members" , this squad arrangement would be an alternatively way to get more mathces ...

I'd play but honestly I spontaneously got sick. Didn't play Nolf yesterday, won't play today and very prolly not tomorrow...unless my condition changes I won't be of much help.

I would join a game at midnight, I mean when they´r empty...noone would come...

The fastpath makes a lower ping, but I think it exist only in europe(especially in germany)...Because the europeans have the 160-170 ping and other continents have the ping which you can become in europe with fastpath...
I know from my internet-offerer(1 und 1)that you can buy fastpath for 25€ starting costs and after that 0,99€ per month...
So I think you can´t get it somewhere else than in europe(because a little ping ,have to be there)...

Some weeks ago [DK]s settled to stop playing NOLF2 as a clan ...
Further it started as we wanted a new Clanname ("German Nolfers" was the suggestion) , but after some time thinking ("what our children should think about us in the future") we decidet to start playing another game with another name ...
So, we decidet to stay faithful to Monolith Productions and choosed to play F.E.A.R. ...
The clanname (which was choosed through fighting of suggestions at a F.E.A.R. DM ) became "Dark Legacy" , which meaning is justified in the way that F.E.A.R. ist the dark legacy of the diying No One Lives Forever 2 of Monilith ...
FinalFab (clanleader), Riddick van Helgen (admin) and me, Zyrox (matchcoordinator, and new name btw) ,are now organizing »DL« since the 25th may ...
PHNX (P.Dude) and sUXN have joined us btw ... and we´re still an "only-germans-clan" ...
So, e1 , can you please delete [DK] from the clan listing @ NOLF2 and add »DL« to it @ FEAR ? ...
