    Removed the chair behind [Warehouse Manager] Balaru at the Austera Faction Base.
    • There was some feedback saying that the chair behind the [Warehouse Manager] made them accidentally sit on the chair while trying to use the warehouse, so we removed it.

    Changed the location of the quest "A Lost Jar".
    [Achievement]
    Eased the conditions for achieving "Stone of Gods and Heroes".
    • The achievement can now be achieved by completing the automatically received quest at the beginning of a raid boss battle.

    Process
    • There will be 4 types of User Image types: Empty Frame, Blank Canvas, Crest Cube, and Crest Column
    • Participants will need to submit a "custom image design" and "an example of the design applied in the game.
      • Enter submission through the official website > Support.
    • A total of 35 designs will be selected across the following different countries/regions: Korea, China, Japan, Russia, North America, Europe, and Asia
    • After the winners are announced on Feb. 20 (Mon), 2023, we will give out the participation rewards and winner rewards.
      • The custom image designs that are selected must be uploaded through a link that will be provided in an announcement.
    • After the winners of all countries are announced, the designs will be on display at Mirage Isle's Gallery.
      • The display location is subject to change.
      • The displayed designs can be purchased for 4 Gold. The amount of funds collected through the sales during the display period will be converted into Gold and distributed to the winners. (For every 1 sold, it will be converted into 2 Gold).
      • The sales of each design will also be ranked, and rewards will be distributed based on the rankings.

    • All designs will go through a fair selection process (based on internal criteria and voting).
    • The submission and reward distribution schedule is subject to change.
    • A single participant may submit multiple designs, but only the one with the highest score will be considered in the contest. (A single participant cannot win multiple times, including the participation reward)
    • Submissions that utilize 2 or more different custom image designs, ones that are obscene or violent, and ones that are related to religion or criticizing society will be disqualified.
    • Only designs submitted through the official website > Support page will be considered for the contest. All other submissions will not be considered. 
    • Winners must submit an original image of their design according to the announcement post. Please refer to the details of the announcement post.
    • Designs that are similar to ones that were made for contests for other games, or ones that are in dispute of suspected plagiarism will be disqualified from the contest even after the winners are announced, and the rewards will be confiscated. (The participant must submit his/her own design.)
    • XL Games and Kakaogames Europe B.V. may copy, send, or distribute only the designs that were officially submitted for the event, and can utilize the designs as assets for PR material, loading images, calendars, event pages, and etc.
    • Participants may create designs based on ArcheAge for the purpose of this contest. They may not use, send, or distribute the designs for purposes other than for this contest.
    • The awards may either be adjusted or not provided depending on the amount and quality of the submissions. Only submissions that meet internal standards will be awarded.
    • Event rewards will be sent to the coupon mailbox of the winners. The rewards must be redeemed within 30 days of distribution. The rewards will not be distributed again after this period.
    • Credits that are distributed for the event cannot be refunded.
    • The proceeds from the sales of the designs will be sent to the participating character's mailbox.

    About the Manastorm Shop
    • The Manastorm Shop is a shop in the game where you can buy different products using Manastorm Crystals.
    • There are special products that can only be purchased at the Manastorm Shop.
    • You'll have opportunities to purchase various products such as Mount/Gliders using a small amount of Manastorm Crystals at the Manastorm Shop.
    • You can access the Manastorm Shop by either clicking on the [Manastorm Shop] icon on the bottom right of the screen or by pressing the shortcut key (Ctrl + N).
     
    Characteristics
    • The Manastorm Shop shows 6 product lists. You can refresh to see a new set of products by pressing the Product List refresh button.
    • You can initially fresh the list for free once, and then you'll consume 2 Manastorm Crystals for each time you refresh it afterwards. You can refresh up to 100 times.
    • The free/paid refresh count resets every midnight.
    • The products that you see on display will be sold out when you purchase it (they can be purchased once).

    • 6 slots are refreshed each time, and the chances of the same product appearing again are excluded. (However, they can appear again if the prices are different.)
    • The chances of appearing are based on 1 slot.

    • You can participate in the festival while the Zodiac Festival lasts during the new year.
    • You need Zodiac Constellations to participate in the festival.
    Obtaining Constellations
    • Purchase the Constellation Jar with 2,000 Vocation Badges from the Vocation Badge Shop.
    • Use the purchased jar to get one random constellation title.
    • Each character can obtain only one Zodiac Constellation.
    • Go to Achievements (Shortcut key: V) -> Title window and select the constellation title you obtained.
